Robert Mackey

Responsibilities: Manages the operations of the cooperative through delegations to staff and department managers concerned with 
construction, maintenance, engineering, customer services,
 economic development, community relations, and accounting
 and control. Utilizes various external consultants as required.
 Advises and assist the Board of Directors on objectives,
 policy, and short and long range strategic planning
Reports to: Board of Directors
Supervises: Management Staff
