NON-COMMERCIAL
ELECTRIC SERVICE
AVAILABILITY
Available in all territory served by the Cooperative,
subject to the Cooperative’s
Service Rules and Regulations.
APPLICABILITY
Applicable to any non-commercial consumer of the Cooperative.
In general,
individual motors served under this schedule shall not exceed twenty
(20) horsepower.
TYPE

Single-phase or multi-phase, 60 hertz, at available secondary
voltages.

MINIMUM
MONTHLY CHARGES
The minimum monthly charge under the above rate shall be no less
than the
facilities charge where 25 kVA or less of transformer capacity is
required. For consumers
requiring more than 25 kVA of transformer capacity, the minimum monthly
charge shall be
increased at the rate of $0.93 for each additional kVA or fraction
thereof required.
TERMS
OF PAYMENT
The above rates are net. In the event the current monthly bill is
not paid within
seventeen (17) days from the date of the bill, the gross rates, which
include a collection
charge of five (5) percent on all net billing, shall apply. When the
17th day falls on Saturday,
Sunday or a legal holiday, the first business day thereafter shall be
added to the seventeen
day net payment period.
CONDITION
OF SERVICE
All wiring, poles, lines, and other electrical equipment beyond the
metering point,
shall be considered the distribution system of the consumer and shall be
furnished and
maintained by the consumer.
INTERPRETATION
OF SCHEDULE|
The interpretation of, or the application by the Cooperative, or by
any consumer,
shall be subject to the Cooperative’s Service Rules and Regulations.
WHOLESALE
POWER TRACKER CLAUSE
The amount of charges calculated at the above rate is subject to
any increase or
decrease under provisions of the Corporation's Wholesale Power Tracker
Clause.
CHANGE
IN FUEL COST CHARGE
The above rates are subject to change in fuel cost charge in
accordance with
IC 81-3-1 et. seg., as amended. The change in the fuel cost charge as
stated in
Appendix B, is applicable hereto, and is issued and effective on the date shown
on Appendix B. (The Purchased Power Cost Adjustment Tracking Factor stated
in Appendix B is applicable
hereto.)
