Capital Credit Tips
1. Your capital credits are
reserved for you even if you move out of the area.
Southeastern Indiana REMC will make a diligent effort to get your refund
to you.
2. To claim refunds, you must show proper identification, i.e.
drivers license, SSNO#,
3. All unclaimed refunds will appear in a published list after two
(2) years. If the account remains
unclaimed for sixty (60) days after the publication, the funds shall
be forfeited to the Cooperative
and reallocated for distribution as provided by Statute.
4. To help yourself and your cooperative in the Capital Credit
process, keep Southeastern Indiana REMC informed of address changes.
