One rebate per member account per calendar year.

HVAC unit must be located in a home served by Southeastern Indiana REMC.

Unit must be 3 or more years old.

The tune-up must be performed by a licensed HVAC contractor and include detailed description of service performed on receipt/invoice.

Application must be filled out and signed by a member.

Submission for rebates must be within 90 days of tune-up service in the same calendar year.

Rebate participation is subject to funding availability.
What Needs to be Submitted

A completed HVAC Tune-Up rebate application

A proof of purchase/receipt
Applications must be received within 90 days of the rebated equipment's installation/service/purchase date in order to qualify for the 2026 rebate program. Applications received by Southeastern Indiana REMC between December 12, 2025 and December 11, 2026 are eligible for the 2026 Rebate Program. Applications received after December 11, 2026 will be processed under the 2027 Rebate Program requirements. The rebated equipment needs to be installed/purchased prior to submission of the application. Members must submit a completed application and required materials to qualify for any rebate.
