OPERATIONS REPRESENTATIVE
We're seeking a detail-oriented professional with strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills to support the daily operations of our electric system.
Primary duties include, but are not limited to:

Providing administrative and operational support to the Operations Department
-
Coordinating work orders, reports, and departmental records
-
Assisting with outage restoration coordination and member communications
-
Processing work requests and supporting line crews and field operations
-
Coordinating utility locates and other operational activities
-
Maintaining accurate records and assisting with department projects
-
Performing other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Associate degree preferred
-
Relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
-
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
-
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
-
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer applications
-
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
INVENTORY & PURCHASING MANAGER
We're seeking a detail-oriented leader with strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills to oversee inventory, purchasing, and warehouse operations supporting our electric and fiber services.
Primary duties include, but are not limited to:

Leading inventory control and warehouse operations
-
Managing purchasing activities, purchase orders, and vendor relationships
-
Monitoring inventory levels and maintaining accurate inventory records
-
Coordinating material distribution for electric and fiber projects
-
Conducting inventory audits and reconciling discrepancies
-
Negotiating purchasing agreements and supporting cost-effective procurement
-
Supporting material logistics during storm restoration and emergency response
-
Performing other duties as assigned

Requirements:
-
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, or a related field preferred
-
Three to five years of inventory management, purchasing, warehouse, or utility operations experience preferred
-
Knowledge of purchasing procedures, inventory control, and warehouse operations
-
Experience with ERP or inventory management software
-
Strong organizational, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
-
Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
