DUKE ENERGY INDIANA, LLC (“Duke Energy Indiana”) and Southeastern Indiana

Rural Electric Membership Corporation (“Southeastern Indiana REMC”) hereby give

notice that on February 1, 2024, a Joint Petition was filed with the Indiana Utility

Regulatory Commission for approval to modify service area boundaries between Duke

Energy Indiana and Southeastern Indiana REMC associated with two service territory

areas: (1) 20730 Weisburg Road, Sunman, Indiana; and (2) 8700 East State Rd 46, Sunman,

Indiana located on U.S.G.S. Facet Maps X-21 & X-22 in Ripley County, Indiana pursuant

to Ind. Code § 8-1-2.3-6.
